In colder climates, hot yoga often seeks to replicate the heat and humidity of India where yoga originated.

Signature Class

Our signature class that combines elements of Bikram style Hatha with Vinyasa flow. The focus of Hot Yoga is to heal and maintain the body by balancing strength and flexibility, leading to a happier, healthier life. Our classes are designed to stimulate each organ, gland, muscle and system of the body through a comprehensive system of practical health maintenance and disease prevention. Beginner Classes

Entry level class appropriate for beginners and continuing students. Hot hatha yoga, classic Bikram style addresses every organ, muscle and tissue in the body restoring you to optimal health. Approximately 26-30 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a room heated to 103*.

Gentle Hot Yoga

Beginner to All Levels. Entry level class appropriate for beginners and continuing students. Gentle hot hatha yoga, addresses every organ, muscle and tissue in the body restoring you to optimal health. Approximately 20 postures in a room heated to 103*.
