Yin Yoga

Core Vinyasa is a flow based on working through the myofascial meridians that inter communicate through the center of the body through the deep core line. This style of yoga is like a dance between the superficial front line, superficial back lines, and the deep core line to work the body as a whole unit of energy flow. This vinyasa will flow is safe and decompresses your joints , stretches and strengthens the whole body as we breath and quiet the mind.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa meaning, “flow” or “to move without resistance,” incorporates interval and cross-training exercises to challenge both the aerobic and anaerobic systems of the body. As your body adapts, it is important to vary the types, intensity and duration of the exercises.

Foundational Yoga

Yoga Fusion is a class that incorporates core strength vinyasa and high intensity interval training and ending with gentle and restorative poses. This class is a combination of a flow and fast pace movement as we are in a yoga posture. We will use tabata training intervals of 20 seconds fast and 10 seconds rest, for 4 minute intervals of 8 rounds. This class will skyrocket your metabolism, fat burn , burn calories more calories in shorter time, lowers blood pressure and empower your mind, body, and soul.

Power Yoga

Yoga Tone and Burn is a class with basic yoga poses but we incorporate resistance bands and ankle weights to lean, tone and strengthen and stretch the body. We will begin with basic stretches then end with a mediation.
