Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a meditative practice of slowly and gently stretching the connective tissue of the body to increase lubrication of the joints, increase range of motion and energy flow within the body, and to decrease tension and chronic pain.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa meaning, “flow” or “to move without resistance,” incorporates interval and cross-training exercises to challenge both the aerobic and anaerobic systems of the body. As your body adapts, it is important to vary the types, intensity and duration of the exercises.

Foundational Yoga

The beginner class introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work in a flow of postures linked together by the breath. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose.

Power Yoga

The Power Yoga flow will torch your calories, tone, strengthen and rinse your body, clear your mind and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. The dynamic mix of sweat and spirit that is cultivated in a Power Yoga class will challenge you to step up to your edge, and unlock your hidden potential for achieving authentic personal power and living an extraordinary life.

Mat Pilates

Focus is placed on precise movements originating from the center or core of your body. Working from the deepest layers of muscles, which stabilize and support your spine and pelvis, resulting in a strong, flexible spine with ideal posture and alignment. Classes emphasize the foundational principals of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to suit each students individual needs.

Hot Yoga

Our signature class that combines elements of Bikram style Hatha with Vinyasa flow. The focus of Hot Yoga is to heal and maintain the body by balancing strength and flexibility, leading to a happier, healthier life. Our classes are designed to stimulate each organ, gland, muscle and system of the body through a comprehensive system of practical health maintenance and disease prevention.
